Forgive me blogging gods, for I have sinned. It has been over a year since my last post.
Now that that’s out of the way I feel it’s only fair I follow up on the Precious Goods event I hosted last year since that was my last post. First, I wanna thank everyone that donated. The event was in Jan and I was still receiving donations in May. So I was able to make a few donations throughout the year. I couldn’t have done that without your help. So Thank You! <3 As planned, I made a donation to Antioch Middle School and The Oasis Center.
I tried for awhile to get in contact with someone at the Tennessee Women’s Prison so I could make a donation, but no one would ever call me back. I’m a newbie at this so if anyone has any info on how I can do this or could put me in direct contact with someone at a women’s prison in TN, KY or AL, please shoot me an email! When I couldn’t get anyone at the prison, I reached out to Give Me 10 East Nashville, who graciously accepted!
