Can you imagine being on your cycle and not having access to the items you need to manage it? While many of us may cringe at that thought, it is an unfortunate, recurring reality for many young girls and women who aren’t in a financial position to purchase feminine hygiene products. The Black Pearl Project’s goal is to ease this burden for as many of our sisters as possible through a #PreciousGoods initiative, a feminine hygiene product drive & assembly mixer.
I’m excited to share that I’ll be partnering with The Black Pearl Project to host Nashville’s first, of many, #PreciousGoods Charity Event. The Black Pearl Project’s mission is to make a significant impact on women around the world by promoting and facilitating service, success and sisterhood. For this #PreciousGoods event I will be collecting donations of feminine hygiene products and distributing them to women and girls in need in the Nashville area.
On January 7th I’ll be at Paige Brown Designs Studio preparing donations for distribution. I invite you to come drop off your donations, have a drink, and mingle while we prepare the #PreciousGoods packages. If you’d like to donate but are unable to attend you can contact me to arrange something convenient for you.
